MEDICINE HAT, AB – High utility rates have been the talk of the town all summer. Ratepayers have flooded social media pages with concerns and anger over skyrocketing bills.
A local business owner is rallying the community to come together at Higdon Hall today at 2:30 p.m. to express their concerns and push the city to provide relief.
